Max Taylor is a Founder and Managing Partner with deep experience in restaurant procurement, finance, and operations. He previously worked as a Procurement Analyst at Texas Roadhouse, where he supported vendor management and cost optimization across a large multi-unit footprint. He also brings an investment and strategy background from Emerging Fund, helping growth-stage companies improve financial and operational performance. Max is known for his disciplined, execution-driven approach and focus on delivering measurable results, guided by a belief in continuous improvement and accountability.

Managing Partner & Founder

Peter Rosenberg

Peter Rosenberg is a Founder and Managing Partner specializing enterprise restaurant operations strategy and supply chain procurement. With over 14 years leading chain at Texas Roadhouse, along with more 10 years as Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse, Peter brings a wealth of experience to the table. He is a graduate of the Hotel Restaurant School and UNLV, and he studied at culinary school in Switzerland. excels in reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Master Distribution (MDAs), uncovering hidden costs and unfavorable terms identifying opportunities for improved pricing and protections. His supply chain and operations knowledge, along with relationships, are considered to be some of the strongest in the industry.

Randall Hart

Randall Hart is the Business Development Manager with a background in hospitality, enterprise sales, and financial services, built on long-term relationship development. He gained experience at BarTrack before joining the Los Angeles Chargers, where he advanced from inside sales into Premium Experiences as one of the youngest Premium Account Executives in the NFL, working closely with executives and high-net-worth clients. His success was driven by trust, communication, and delivering value beyond the transaction. At Elevo Partners, he focuses on understanding client needs, aligning the right solutions, and building relationships that create lasting value.

Anne Marie brings over 35 years of experience in the hospitality and restaurant industries where she has expertly transformed and enhanced cash management and treasury services. Her extensive knowledge in payment processing, bank fees, merchant fees, banking programs, and capital expenditures allows her to pinpoint savings opportunities. Kevin is highly skilled at navigating pricing structures and contracts to drive efficiency and cost savings. He also brings a consulting background from Marlene Blacx Consulting and SpendDifference, where he partnered closely with clients to identify savings opportunities and execute sourcing strategies.
